30-Day Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and adhesive or intimate items can only be returned if unworn with all liners and tags intact.
How to Start a Return
Email support@velaure.com or use our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We reply within 24 hours with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we approve your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
